Hi, I'm tracy
I am a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience in the Mental Health and Addictions fields. I have a private practice and provide counselling services in two locations; St Albert, AB and Cranbrook, BC. I am registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors respectively.
Having obtained a Master’s degree in Counselling from Gonzaga University in 1998, I have been practicing psychotherapy for over two decades. During this time, I have worked with people of all ages on a wide range of psychological issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, and anger management.

With a person-centered approach to therapy, I draw from multiple modalities such as, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Gottman Couples Therapy (GCT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Narrative Therapy (NT).”
